Jax's Journey: Support a Young Man Facing Unthinkable Loss
Rally Around Jax: Support for a Firefighter's Son in His Time of Need
The Chicago Fire Department is a family, and one of our own, Vince Zittnan, needs our support. On December 5th, tragedy struck his 15-year-old son, Jax, when he unexpectedly lost his mother, Tiffaney, at just 43 years old.
Jax is now navigating unimaginable grief while also preparing for a major life change. He'll return to Chicago to live with his father, Vince. Jax faces emotional and financial challenges as he quickly transitions back to life in Chicago without his mother’s guiding presence.
Jax has grown up surrounded by love in a beautifully blended family that included his mom, his father Vince, his stepdad Mike, and three siblings. Now, with his world turned upside down, Jax needs our support. This transition comes with emotional and financial challenges as he returns to life in Chicago without his mother’s guidance. We aim to ensure Jax has everything he needs to feel stable, secure, and supported during this incredibly difficult time.
Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support Jax and his family during this transition. Your generosity will help provide stability, counseling resources, and a loving environment for Jax as he heals and rebuilds his life.
Please give what you can and share Jax's story with your network. Thank you for your compassion and support.
